Conditions"Yes: if, on or before June 30, 2026, any Russian-made Lay’s flavor that was previously discontinued (excluding “White Mushrooms”) becomes available for sale in federal retail chains (X5 Group, Magnit, Lenta).
No: if, by June 30, 2026, the Lay’s product range in Russia is limited to the current lineup and the “White Mushrooms with Sour Cream” flavor, without the reintroduction of any previously discontinued flavors."
