ConditionsIt will be permitted "Yes" if the National Hurricane Center officially reports a tropical cyclone in the Atlantic Basin that has reached Category 5 on the Saffir-Simpson scale between June 1 and December 31, 2025.
“No” will be allowed in any other case.
